Stampin' Up Halloween Muslin Treat Bags

Christina made an iron-on transfer sheet with My Digital Studio.  First, she selected a stamp from MDS’s Halloween Bash Stamp Brush Set and colored it in. Then, Christina mirrored the image in MDS (the image needs to be backwards for it to work with the iron-ons). Next, she printed the images onto iron-on sheets, ironed them to the Mini Muslin Bags, then peeled off the backing.





Christina put treats inside, finished them off with some filler that resembles straw—and was done.  Easy peasy.

Stampin' Up Just Thinking Card and June's MDS Calendar Wallpaper

You've probably seen these tent cards everywhere; this one measures the same as a full card - 4-1/4" x 5-1/2".  The base of the card is in Riding Hood Red and measures 4-1/4" x 8"; when folded in half, it measures 4-1/4" x 4".  I used the Tasteful Trim XL Die for the cardstock piece under the ribbon.  The Just Thinking stamp used  is in the Spring Mini Catalog and it was designed to coordinate with the Windows Framelits.  The stamp is only available until May 31st as is the Twitterpated Designer Paper I used on the card's front.

My Digital Studio Software Changes are AWESOME!

Big Changes for My Digital Studio:

WOW, Stampin' Up made some HUGE changes to the My Digital Studio Software:

1. Stampin' Up is changing the name of the software to MDS. Now, you might be asking yourself, didn’t it just change to MDS 2 last year? Yep, it sure did.
2. Stampin' Up is lowering the price! What has been known as MDS 2+ is now ONLY $19.95 US/$24.95 CAN and will be called . . . yes, you guessed it, MDS. It’s the same great software and content at a fantastic new price.  Believe me, this software is SO WORTH THE PRICE!
3. Coming soon: all of you who have been holding onto the original My Digital Studio software will be able to UPGRADE for FREE. Stampin' Up will be letting us know as soon as it is available. YIPPEE! 

With all these changes, be sure to check the My Digital Studio website at www.mydigitalstudio.com for latest updates, samples,  video tutorials and more!  Other info you may want to know:

• Stampin' Up will still offer a free 30-day trial version of the MDS software for anyone who had not previously tried the MDS 2 Trial.
• The original My Digital Studio software (not the product line) is going away, including support for it. The free upgrade will be available soon!
• MDS 2 (the software that didn’t have much content) is going away.
• You can still get the software on a disc (item 130647) or as a download (item 130646). Just keep in mind the disc will say MDS 2+ on it because it will take us awhile to switch everything out.

2012 MDS Calendar Easel with Drawer



UPDATED 11/2/12: I'm selling my new 2013 MDS Calendars, click HERE.

The above is this year's 2012 MDS Calendar Easel Card with a drawer.  I used the new Twitterpated Designer Series paper and Blushing Bride cardstock to make this one.  The calendar measures 5" x 5" and the box measures 6" x 6".  Just a reminder that I'm selling the calendars if you're interested; the pricing information can be found here and the tutorial on how to assemble the drawer and easel can be found here.  Below is a picture of the the calendar pages.
